Container Patching
We provide temporary patching / rectification services for damaged containers.
Patching of the holed section to deter water ingression ensuring cargo integrity
& continued shipment.
Container Securing/ Lashing Works
Damaged containers with severe damage to the floorboard section require
lifting and lashing onto flat racks with adequate capacity
The lashings applied to secure the container to the flat rack include :
1. Cordlash strappings complete with binders of 5.0 tons capacity each.
2. Lashings chains with load binders.
3. Application of stout wooden timbers along the front and
rear ends of the container for 20 ’ container onto 40’ flat rack stowage.
Reworking Of Various Cargo
Armed with the PSA License to Operate and a bonded warehouse, we are able to undertake reworking
operations of various cargoes within PSA or our at our warehousing facility.
We are able to handle all forms of cargoes namely steel coils, cartonized items, palletized items,
drums, crates, logs, flexi bag transfers and etc.
Container Canvassing
We provide customized box type canvas for under belly wrapping of containers which are leaking.
There are two variations of canvas used for general cargo and DG leaking.
We aslo provide under wrapping to deter additional costs involved in spillages within Terminals and
whilst on route to warehouses.
On Board Cleaning
We undertake multiple types of cleaning scopes ranging from dry cargo spillages, wet cargo spillages
and DG spillages. Cleaning operations entails in us providing top notch service to our
clients and to the vessel command to ensure that cleaning is completed to their satisfaction.
DG Salvage, Cleaning, Reworking
We have handled a large number of DG Salvage operations both in PSA Terminals and
at local anchorages. Our scope involves, salvaging of leaking, damaged or burnt DG containers,
cleaning of stained and affected vessel structures and reworking operations.
Armed with proper PPE and equipment’ s to handle DG Operations, we have undertaken such operations
for a variety of shipping lines meeting all requirements.
Vessel Rename / Painting
Our team of skilled painters is able to take on the task of vessel rename painting,
funnel painting with insignia / logo, bridge wings, LSA, Primsol Marking and Painting.
Our painters have undergone intensive training and emphasis on safety aspects and procedures.
This allows our painters to complete the task in a safe yet efficient and effective manner at
all local anchorages.
Certifications
Our company possesses various PSA Licenses to Operate, Import & Export Licenses and every staff
in the team possesses certification for the various operational handling as per regulatory requirements.
Thus, allowing for a seamless operational handling.
